WHEN SHOULD I SEEK COUNSELING?
As an LPC with over 16 years of experience, I believe relationships are what’s most important. When strained, distress can occur. Depression, anxiety, fear and anger are often the result of imbalance. Therapy can help discover the source of the stress and help you find a sense of peace and well being.
The decision to seek help requires courage. I honor that courage by recognizing people are resilient with the capacity for positive change. This is achieved by working in a collaborative fashion. Success in the counseling relationship is determined by goals you identify and commitment to change. |
